### sec.336 Amending a sublease
A registered sublease may be amended by registering an amendment of the sublease.
However, the document of amendment must not—
increase or decrease the area subleased; and
add or remove a party to the sublease; and
increase the term of the sublease.
Sections 332 and 333 apply to an amendment of a sublease as if the amendment were a sublease.
Before an amendment of a sublease is registered, the amendment must be endorsed with, as appropriate—
the Minister’s approval under section 332 , as applied; or
the Minister’s general authority to amend under section 333 , as applied.

(sec.336-ssec.1) A registered sublease may be amended by registering an amendment of the sublease.
(sec.336-ssec.2) However, the document of amendment must not— increase or decrease the area subleased; and add or remove a party to the sublease; and increase the term of the sublease.
(sec.336-ssec.3) Sections 332 and 333 apply to an amendment of a sublease as if the amendment were a sublease.
