### sec.327F Notice of surrender
The chief executive must give notice of the surrender of a lease to the lessee and each person given notice about the proposed surrender under section 327C (either a relevant person ).
The notice under subsection (1) must include all of the following—
the date of the surrender;
the effect, under section 327G , of the surrender;
if there are improvements on the lease land owned by the person receiving the notice—a statement that the person may apply to remove the improvements.
If the surrender of a lease is not registered, notice of the fact must be given to each relevant person.

- (b) the effect, under section 327G , of the surrender;
- (c) if there are improvements on the lease land owned by the person receiving the notice—a statement that the person may apply to remove the improvements.
