### sec.326A Disclosure of information to proposed transferee of lease or licensee This section applies if an application has been made under section 322 for approval of a transfer. The chief executive may give the proposed transferee under the transfer any information the chief executive considers appropriate about rent or instalments paid or payable for the lease. However, the chief executive must not disclose to the transferee the residential or business address or other personal details of the transferor. s 326A ins 2007 No. 19 s 157 amd 2019 No. 17 s 153 (sec.326A-ssec.1) This section applies if an application has been made under section 322 for approval of a transfer.
