sec.322ABRecording exemptions

### sec.322AB Recording exemptions The registrar of titles may record an exemption granted under section 322AA (1) in the leasehold land register. Failure to record the exemption does not affect its validity. If an exemption recorded under subsection (1) is revoked under section 322AA (5) (c) , the registrar of titles must remove the record of the exemption from the leasehold land register. s 322AB ins 2019 No. 17 s 152 amd 2021 No. 12 s 148 sch 3 (sec.322AB-ssec.1) The registrar of titles may record an exemption granted under section 322AA (1) in the leasehold land register. (sec.322AB-ssec.2) Failure to record the exemption does not affect its validity. (sec.322AB-ssec.3) If an exemption recorded under subsection (1) is revoked under section 322AA (5) (c) , the registrar of titles must remove the record of the exemption from the leasehold land register.
