### sec.316A Titles registry fees not payable for particular documents No titles registry fee is payable for the lodgement and registration of a document that relates to— the acquisition by the State of an interest in land; or the release or surrender by the State of an interest in land, other than a fee simple interest. s 316A ins 2021 No. 12 s 84 - (a) the acquisition by the State of an interest in land; or - (b) the release or surrender by the State of an interest in land, other than a fee simple interest.
