### sec.307 Borrowing lodged or deposited document before registration The registrar of titles may permit any of the following persons to borrow a document lodged or deposited in paper form before the document is registered or used for the purpose for which it was deposited— the person who lodged or deposited the document; a person for whom the document was lodged or deposited; an agent of a person mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) . The person must return the document within the time stated or extended by the registrar of titles, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
