### sec.304 Correcting unregistered documents The registrar of titles may correct an obvious error in a lodged document by noting the correction— on the document; or if the document is in electronic form—in the appropriate register. The registrar of titles may correct an obvious error in a lodged document only if the registrar is satisfied the document is incorrect and the correction will not prejudice the rights of a person.
