### sec.294C Circumstances under which building management statement may be registered A building management statement may be registered only if the statement is signed by the lessees of all lots to which the statement applies. The lots to which a building management statement applies must comprise— 2 or more volumetric format lots; or 1 or more volumetric format lots, and 1 or more standard format lots. s 294C ins 2004 No. 9 s 77 amd 2005 No. 68 s 26 (sec.294C-ssec.1) A building management statement may be registered only if the statement is signed by the lessees of all lots to which the statement applies. (sec.294C-ssec.2) The lots to which a building management statement applies must comprise— 2 or more volumetric format lots; or 1 or more volumetric format lots, and 1 or more standard format lots. - (a) 2 or more volumetric format lots; or - (b) 1 or more volumetric format lots, and 1 or more standard format lots.
