### sec.294 Registrar of titles may require public notice to be given of certain proposed action
This section applies if a person (the applicant ) asks the registrar of titles to register a transmission of a registered interest.
The registrar of titles, by notice, may require the applicant to give public notice of the request.
The registrar of titles may specify in the notice to the applicant—
what must be included in the public notice; and
how many times the public notice must be published; and
how and when the public notice must be published.
The applicant must satisfy the registrar of titles that the public notice has been given as required by the registrar.

(sec.294-ssec.1) This section applies if a person (the applicant ) asks the registrar of titles to register a transmission of a registered interest.
(sec.294-ssec.2) The registrar of titles, by notice, may require the applicant to give public notice of the request.
(sec.294-ssec.3) The registrar of titles may specify in the notice to the applicant— what must be included in the public notice; and how many times the public notice must be published; and how and when the public notice must be published.
(sec.294-ssec.4) The applicant must satisfy the registrar of titles that the public notice has been given as required by the registrar.

- (b) how many times the public notice must be published; and
- (c) how and when the public notice must be published.
