### sec.286B Requiring plan of survey to be lodged
The registrar of titles may—
require a trustee of trust land who proposes to lease or otherwise deal with all or part of the land to lodge a plan of survey of the land; or
require a lessee who proposes to sublease or otherwise deal with the lease or part of the lease to lodge a plan of survey of the lease land.
The plan of survey must comply with the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Act 2003 and must be certified as accurate by a cadastral surveyor within the meaning of the Surveyors Act 2003 .

(sec.286B-ssec.1) The registrar of titles may— require a trustee of trust land who proposes to lease or otherwise deal with all or part of the land to lodge a plan of survey of the land; or require a lessee who proposes to sublease or otherwise deal with the lease or part of the lease to lodge a plan of survey of the lease land.
(sec.286B-ssec.2) The plan of survey must comply with the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Act 2003 and must be certified as accurate by a cadastral surveyor within the meaning of the Surveyors Act 2003 .
