### sec.282 Procedures on lodgement and registration of document When a document is lodged in the land registry, the registrar of titles must note on the document— the date and time of lodgement; and an identifying reference. When the document is registered, the registrar of titles must record the information mentioned in subsection (1) (a) and (b) in the appropriate register. s 282 sub 2005 No. 68 s 15 amd 2021 No. 12 s 148 sch 3 (sec.282-ssec.1) When a document is lodged in the land registry, the registrar of titles must note on the document— the date and time of lodgement; and an identifying reference.
