### sec.280AA Particulars that may be removed
The registrar of titles may remove from a register anything recorded under section 280 if—
the registrar no longer considers the thing should be recorded to ensure the register is an accurate, comprehensive and usable record of the land and dealings to which the register relates; and
the removal of the thing will not prejudice the rights of the holder of an interest in a lease, licence, permit or reserve.

- (a) the registrar no longer considers the thing should be recorded to ensure the register is an accurate, comprehensive and usable record of the land and dealings to which the register relates; and
