sec.279ARegistration of documents lodged or matters notified under particular Acts

### sec.279A Registration of documents lodged or matters notified under particular Acts If a document is lodged with the registrar of titles under a provision of the Forestry Act 1959 or Nature Conservation Act 1992 , the registrar must register the document in the appropriate register. If the registrar of titles is notified of a matter under a provision of the Forestry Act 1959 or Nature Conservation Act 1992 that affects land registered in the land registry, the registrar must record the matter in the appropriate register. If a conservation agreement is recorded in the land registry in relation to land, the agreement is taken to be— for sections 162 (5) , 164F (2) (d) , 172 (5) , 176G (2) and 176S (2) —a relevant registered interest; or for sections 176 (2) (c) , 176K (3) (c) , 240K (1) , 240L (9) , 325 (1) (b) , 327C (2) and 360D (2) —a registered interest. s 279A ins 2011 No. 31 s 326 amd 2019 No. 8 s 55 ; 2021 No. 12 s 148 sch 3 (sec.279A-ssec.1) If a document is lodged with the registrar of titles under a provision of the Forestry Act 1959 or Nature Conservation Act 1992 , the registrar must register the document in the appropriate register.
