### sec.25 Disposal of reservations by sale
If land is sold under section 24 (1) , the sale price for the land is the unimproved value of the land decided by the Minister in the way prescribed by regulation.
The registered owner or lessee may appeal against the unimproved value.
The unimproved value must be decided—
if the registered owner or lessee applied to buy the land—for the day the application was received by the Minister; or
if the Minister made an offer to sell the land before the registered owner or lessee applied to buy the land—for the day the offer was made.
