### sec.229 Resumption of reservation
Possession of the area or part of the area of a lease, deed of grant or deed of grant in trust reserved for a public purpose may be resumed by order in council.
If the reservation area is identified by description, the resumption may apply only to the land described.
If the reservation area is not identified by description, possession of any part of the lease, deed of grant or deed of grant in trust, up to the total area of the reservation, may be resumed.
(sec.229-ssec.1) Possession of the area or part of the area of a lease, deed of grant or deed of grant in trust reserved for a public purpose may be resumed by order in council.
(sec.229-ssec.2) If the reservation area is identified by description, the resumption may apply only to the land described.
(sec.229-ssec.3) If the reservation area is not identified by description, possession of any part of the lease, deed of grant or deed of grant in trust, up to the total area of the reservation, may be resumed.
