### sec.220 Service of order in council The Minister must serve a copy of the order in council on each person who has a registered interest in— the lease affected by the resumption; or the easement cancelled. The copy must be served immediately after notification of the order in council in the gazette. Failure to comply with subsection (1) or (2) does not affect the validity of the order in council. s 220 amd 1997 No. 78 s 47 (sec.220-ssec.1) The Minister must serve a copy of the order in council on each person who has a registered interest in— the lease affected by the resumption; or the easement cancelled.
