### sec.216 Resumption of lease
A lease or part of a lease may be resumed by order in council.
If an easement over a lease is adequate for a purpose, an order in council may take an easement over the lease instead of resuming the lease.
The taking of an easement is a resumption under this division.
An order in council under this part is not subordinate legislation.
(sec.216-ssec.1) A lease or part of a lease may be resumed by order in council.
(sec.216-ssec.2) If an easement over a lease is adequate for a purpose, an order in council may take an easement over the lease instead of resuming the lease.
