### sec.208 Resumption condition
A lease may be subject to a condition that—
all or part of the lease may be resumed by giving the lessee 6 months notice; and
if all or part of the lease is resumed—compensation will be paid only for improvements on the part of the lease resumed.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that no compensation is payable for the part of the lease resumed.
