### sec.202A Operation of div 2 This division provides for conditions that may be imposed on leases, licences and permits. Each condition decided as a condition of a lease, licence or permit under this division, division 3 , section 159 , 167 , 176A , 176L , 214E or a transition to sale agreement is an imposed condition of the lease, licence or permit. An imposed condition of a lease, licence or permit binds the lessee, licensee or permittee as well as any mandatory condition or regulated condition of the lease, licence or permit. This section is subject to section 202B . s 202A sub 2007 No. 19 s 107 amd 2014 No. 29 s 67 (sec.202A-ssec.1) This division provides for conditions that may be imposed on leases, licences and permits.
