### sec.200 Noxious plants condition
All leases, licences and permits are subject to the condition that the lessee, licensee or permittee must keep noxious plants on the land under control.
If a person does not comply with subsection (1) , the Minister may bring the noxious plants under control.
The Minister’s cost of bringing the noxious plants under control is a debt owing to the State and may be recovered from the person in a court of competent jurisdiction.
(sec.200-ssec.1) All leases, licences and permits are subject to the condition that the lessee, licensee or permittee must keep noxious plants on the land under control.
