### sec.198C Operation of div 1 This division provides for particular conditions of leases, licences and permits. Each condition under this division or under another provision mentioned in schedule 1A , that applies to a lease, licence or permit is a mandatory condition of the lease, licence or permit. This division does not limit the conditions that the designated officer may, under division 2 or another provision of this Act, impose on a lease, licence or permit, or that are regulated conditions of a lease, licence or permit under division 3A . s 198C ins 2007 No. 19 s 104 amd 2014 No. 29 s 65 (sec.198C-ssec.1) This division provides for particular conditions of leases, licences and permits. (sec.198C-ssec.2) Each condition under this division or under another provision mentioned in schedule 1A , that applies to a lease, licence or permit is a mandatory condition of the lease, licence or permit. (sec.198C-ssec.3) This division does not limit the conditions that the designated officer may, under division 2 or another provision of this Act, impose on a lease, licence or permit, or that are regulated conditions of a lease, licence or permit under division 3A .
