### sec.180G Permittee to give up possession on cancellation or surrender
On the cancellation or surrender of a permit, the permittee must immediately vacate the permit land.
If the permittee does not give up possession under subsection (1) , and is not otherwise entitled to be in possession, the permittee is a person who is unlawfully occupying the land.
Action for trespassing may be taken under chapter 7 , part 2 .

(sec.180G-ssec.1) On the cancellation or surrender of a permit, the permittee must immediately vacate the permit land.
(sec.180G-ssec.2) If the permittee does not give up possession under subsection (1) , and is not otherwise entitled to be in possession, the permittee is a person who is unlawfully occupying the land. Action for trespassing may be taken under chapter 7 , part 2 .
