### sec.180B Chief executive may require report and other information
This section applies if a permittee makes an application under section 180A (5) to surrender the permit.
The chief executive may, by notice given to the permittee, require the permittee, within a stated reasonable period, to give the chief executive a report that states the following information for each building or other structure on the permit land—
the nature of the building or structure;
the condition of the building or structure;
the location of the building or structure;
whether, if the permit is surrendered, the permittee proposes to apply under section 180H (1) to remove the building or structure.
The chief executive may also, by notice given to the permittee, require the permittee, within a stated reasonable period, to—
give the chief executive information, or further information, about a building or other structure on the permit land; or
give the chief executive a report, prepared by a person with a stated qualification or expertise and at the permittee’s expense, about the condition of the buildings and other structures on the permit land.
If the permittee fails to comply with a requirement made under subsection (3) (b) —
the chief executive may obtain the report; and
the cost of obtaining the report may be recovered from the permittee as a debt due to the State.

(sec.180B-ssec.1) This section applies if a permittee makes an application under section 180A (5) to surrender the permit.
(sec.180B-ssec.2) The chief executive may, by notice given to the permittee, require the permittee, within a stated reasonable period, to give the chief executive a report that states the following information for each building or other structure on the permit land— the nature of the building or structure; the condition of the building or structure; the location of the building or structure; whether, if the permit is surrendered, the permittee proposes to apply under section 180H (1) to remove the building or structure.
(sec.180B-ssec.3) The chief executive may also, by notice given to the permittee, require the permittee, within a stated reasonable period, to— give the chief executive information, or further information, about a building or other structure on the permit land; or give the chief executive a report, prepared by a person with a stated qualification or expertise and at the permittee’s expense, about the condition of the buildings and other structures on the permit land.
