### sec.179 Fencing
If an existing fence of a property not owned by an applicant for a permit is to be used as a boundary fence for the permit, a written agreement on conditions about the maintenance of the fence must be given to the chief executive before the permit is issued.
The agreement must be signed by the owner of the fence and the applicant for the permit.
