### sec.176A General provisions for deciding application The chief executive must decide whether to approve the proposed subdivision. If the chief executive decides to grant the approval, the chief executive must decide an offer (the subdivision offer ) of new leases to the applicant for the lease land. If the existing lease was a rolling term lease, each new lease is a rolling term lease under this Act, even if the lease land for the new lease is rural leasehold land of less than 100ha. The subdivision offer must state— the imposed conditions of each of the new leases; and for each new lease to be issued as a term lease—the term of the lease.
