### sec.175 When lease may be subdivided
A lease may be subdivided only if—
this Act or a condition of the lease does not prohibit its subdivision; and
the lease is not, by a registered covenant or tied condition, tied to another lease or freehold land; and
the chief executive has, on an application made under this division, approved the subdivision; and
the requirements under this division for the subdivision have been complied with.
