### sec.171 Compliance with particular conditional offers This section applies if the conditions of an offer include a requirement to enter into a forest consent agreement. The condition including the requirement is taken to be complied with only if the chief executive under the Forestry Act 1959 advises the chief executive under this Act that the forest consent agreement has been entered into.
