### sec.164G Notice of expiry
The chief executive must give the lessee of a rolling term lease notice advising when the lease is due to expire.
The notice must be given not later than 2 years before the lease is due to expire.
The notice need not be given if the chief executive has already received an extension application or expiry advice from the lessee, or if section 164D applies.
