### sec.114 Information to be included in sale notice The sale notice must include the following information— the conditions of the auction, tender or ballot; the conditions attaching to the interest being made available; any restrictions on eligibility to bid, tender or take part in the ballot; the time and place where the auction will be held; other appropriate information about the auction, tender, ballot or interest. If the sale notice is for a ballot or a sale by tender, it must also include the following information— the closing day for applications; the time and place for lodging applications. (sec.114-ssec.1) The sale notice must include the following information— the conditions of the auction, tender or ballot; the conditions attaching to the interest being made available; any restrictions on eligibility to bid, tender or take part in the ballot; the time and place where the auction will be held; other appropriate information about the auction, tender, ballot or interest.
