### sec.108 Permanent closure of road If the Minister permanently closes a road, the road is permanently closed by the registration of a plan of subdivision. The permanent closure of the road takes effect on the day the plan of subdivision is registered. s 108 sub 2007 No. 19 s 54 (sec.108-ssec.1) If the Minister permanently closes a road, the road is permanently closed by the registration of a plan of subdivision. (sec.108-ssec.2) The permanent closure of the road takes effect on the day the plan of subdivision is registered.
