### sec.101 Minister to consider objections The Minister must consider all objections properly made to the proposed road closure. The Minister may approve the road closure application, with or without conditions, or refuse the application. However, the Minister must refuse the road closure application if the Minister is satisfied the road is still needed. s 101 amd 2004 No. 4 s 16 (sec.101-ssec.1) The Minister must consider all objections properly made to the proposed road closure.
