### sec.10 Land raised above high-water mark by works Land in the ownership of the State that becomes raised above high-water mark as a result of the carrying out of works on or in proximity to the land remains owned by the State and may be dealt with as unallocated State land. This section does not apply to land the subject of reclamation mentioned in section 127 . s 10 sub 2010 No. 12 s 159 (sec.10-ssec.1) Land in the ownership of the State that becomes raised above high-water mark as a result of the carrying out of works on or in proximity to the land remains owned by the State and may be dealt with as unallocated State land. (sec.10-ssec.2) This section does not apply to land the subject of reclamation mentioned in section 127 .
