### sch.2-sec.6 Disbursements as allowance to witness for attending—defendant’s witnesses An allowance paid, payable or that will be paid by the defendant to a witness to attend a proceeding may be allowed up to an amount equal to the amount of any comparable prosecution witness allowance that would be payable to the witness if the witness were a prosecution witness attending court to give evidence in a criminal proceeding. sch 2 s 6 amd 2017 SL No. 52 s 18
