### sec.91 Notice to witness
A clerk of the court may give to any witness or person sought to be made a witness a notice in the prescribed form requiring the person to attend the court at the time and place to which the hearing is adjourned or specified in the notice or that is to be determined or at all times and places to which the hearing is adjourned from time to time or specified in the notice.
A notice pursuant to subsection (1) —
may be served personally or sent by post to the person to whom it is addressed at the person’s address last known to the clerk of the court concerned; and
shall have effect as if it were a summons to the witness or person sought to be made a witness issued out of the court that the witness or person is by the notice required to attend.
