### sec.83C Purpose and scope of div 10B
This division makes particular provision for disclosure obligation directions.
This division does not affect—
any other power a court has in relation to a failure to comply with a disclosure obligation, including, for example, the court’s power to exclude evidence if it would be unfair to a defendant to admit the evidence; or
any other action that may be taken against the prosecution in relation to a failure to comply with a disclosure obligation.
This division does not limit the making of practice directions by the Chief Magistrate about disclosure in a proceeding.

(sec.83C-ssec.1) This division makes particular provision for disclosure obligation directions.
