### sec.72 Lawyer Every complainant shall be at liberty to conduct the complainant’s case and to have the witnesses examined and cross-examined by the complainant’s lawyer, and every defendant shall be admitted to make the defendant’s full answer and defence to the charge, and to have the witnesses examined and cross-examined by the defendant’s lawyer. s 72 amd 1968 No. 14 s 8 ; 2004 No. 11 s 596 sch 1
