### sec.65 How person arrested without warrant to be dealt with
A person taken into custody for an offence without a warrant shall be brought before a justice to be dealt with according to law as soon as practicable after the person is taken into custody.
Subsection (1) does not apply to a police officer.

(sec.65-ssec.1) A person taken into custody for an offence without a warrant shall be brought before a justice to be dealt with according to law as soon as practicable after the person is taken into custody.
