### sec.35 Apprehended person may be taken before any justice
A person who apprehends a person (the offender ) offending against law may take the offender before any justice.
The justice may deal with the person according to law, even though the justice does not have jurisdiction for the place where the offender was apprehended.

(sec.35-ssec.1) A person who apprehends a person (the offender ) offending against law may take the offender before any justice.
