### sec.27 Hearing of complaint
Subject to the provisions of any other Act, every complaint shall be heard and determined by a Magistrates Court constituted by 2 or more justices.
If any Act authorises a matter of complaint to be heard and determined by—
a Magistrates Court constituted by 1 justice; or
1 justice;
that matter of complaint may be heard and determined by a Magistrates Court constituted by 1 justice.

(sec.27-ssec.1) Subject to the provisions of any other Act, every complaint shall be heard and determined by a Magistrates Court constituted by 2 or more justices.
(sec.27-ssec.2) If any Act authorises a matter of complaint to be heard and determined by— a Magistrates Court constituted by 1 justice; or 1 justice; that matter of complaint may be heard and determined by a Magistrates Court constituted by 1 justice.

- (b) 1 justice;
