### sec.222C Contact details and address for service
An appellant must ensure—
if the appellant intends to act personally, the following details are on the notice of appeal before it is filed or taken to be filed under section 222 (3) , (4) or (5) —
the residential or business address of the appellant;
if the appellant has a telephone number—the telephone number;
if the appellant does not have a telephone number—a way of contacting the appellant by telephone;
the fax number (if any) of the appellant; or
if a solicitor is appointed to act for the appellant, the following details are on the notice of appeal before it is filed or taken to be filed under section 222 (3) , (4) or (5) —
the residential or business address of the appellant;
the name of the solicitor and, if the solicitor practises in a firm of solicitors, the name of the firm;
the address of the solicitor’s place of business;
the solicitor’s telephone number;
the solicitor’s fax number.
To change the address for service or any other contact details, the appellant must file in the District Court registry a notice of address for service stating the new address for service.
The address for service of an appellant is—
for a party acting personally—the address specified under subsection (1) (a) (i) ; and
for a party for whom a solicitor acts—the address specified under subsection (1) (b) (iii) .

(sec.222C-ssec.2) To change the address for service or any other contact details, the appellant must file in the District Court registry a notice of address for service stating the new address for service.
(sec.222C-ssec.3) The address for service of an appellant is— for a party acting personally—the address specified under subsection (1) (a) (i) ; and for a party for whom a solicitor acts—the address specified under subsection (1) (b) (iii) .
