### sec.174A Police officer to execute warrant of commitment when full sum not tendered
When a person tenders to the police officer charged with the execution of a warrant of commitment for non-payment of the amount of any penalty or compensation or sum of money or costs adjudged or required to be paid by a decision the sum mentioned in such warrant together with the amount of the costs and charges (if any) therein also mentioned such police officer shall accept the sum so tendered.
If the sum mentioned in such warrant together with the amount of the costs and charges (if any) therein also mentioned is paid to such police officer the police officer shall not execute the warrant but if part only of such sum is tendered the police officer shall execute such warrant according to the directions thereby given.

(sec.174A-ssec.1) When a person tenders to the police officer charged with the execution of a warrant of commitment for non-payment of the amount of any penalty or compensation or sum of money or costs adjudged or required to be paid by a decision the sum mentioned in such warrant together with the amount of the costs and charges (if any) therein also mentioned such police officer shall accept the sum so tendered.
