### sec.64 Identity cards
The information commissioner must issue an identity card to each authorised officer.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photo of the authorised officer; and
contain a copy of the signature of the information commissioner and authorised officer; and
identify the person as an authorised officer under this part; and
state an expiry date for the card.

(sec.64-ssec.1) The information commissioner must issue an identity card to each authorised officer.
(sec.64-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a recent photo of the authorised officer; and contain a copy of the signature of the information commissioner and authorised officer; and identify the person as an authorised officer under this part; and state an expiry date for the card.
