### sec.221 Existing compliance notices under s 158
This section applies if—
before the commencement, the information commissioner had given an agency a compliance notice under section 158 in relation to the privacy principles as in force before the commencement; and
immediately before the commencement, the time for complying with the notice under this Act had not ended.
The agency must comply with the notice in relation to the privacy principles under the former IP Act as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.

(sec.221-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the information commissioner had given an agency a compliance notice under section 158 in relation to the privacy principles as in force before the commencement; and immediately before the commencement, the time for complying with the notice under this Act had not ended.
(sec.221-ssec.2) The agency must comply with the notice in relation to the privacy principles under the former IP Act as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
- (a) before the commencement, the information commissioner had given an agency a compliance notice under section 158 in relation to the privacy principles as in force before the commencement; and
- (b) immediately before the commencement, the time for complying with the notice under this Act had not ended.
