### sec.207 Delayed referral of privacy complaint to QCAT
This section applies if the information commissioner is required under chapter 5 to refer a privacy complaint to QCAT before QCAT comes into existence.
The commissioner must refer the privacy complaint to QCAT within 20 business days after QCAT comes into existence.
