### sec.202 Delayed application of Act other than ch 3 to local governments This Act, other than the relevant provisions, does not apply to a local government until 1 year after the commencement of this section. In this section— relevant provisions means— chapter 3; and the other provisions of this Act to the extent they apply for the purposes of chapter 3.
