### sec.192 Review of Act
The Minister must review this Act and the review must start no later than 2 years after the commencement of this section.
The objects of the review include—
deciding whether the primary object of this Act remains valid; and
deciding whether this Act is meeting its primary object; and
deciding whether the provisions of this Act are appropriate for meeting its primary object; and
investigating any specific issue recommended by the Minister or the information commissioner.
The Minister must, as soon as practicable after finishing the review, table a report about the outcome of the review in the Assembly.
(sec.192-ssec.1) The Minister must review this Act and the review must start no later than 2 years after the commencement of this section.
