### sec.147 Remuneration and conditions
The privacy commissioner must be paid remuneration and other allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
The remuneration paid to the privacy commissioner must not be reduced during the commissioner’s term of office without the commissioner’s written agreement.
In relation to matters not provided for by this Act, the privacy commissioner holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Governor in Council.
(sec.147-ssec.1) The privacy commissioner must be paid remuneration and other allowances decided by the Governor in Council.
