### sch.3-sec.2 QPP 2—anonymity and pseudonymity
Individuals must have the option of not identifying themselves, or of using a pseudonym, when dealing with an agency in relation to a particular matter.
QPP 2.1 does not apply if, in relation to the matter—
the agency is required or authorised under an Australian law, or a court or tribunal order, to deal with individuals who have identified themselves; or
it is impracticable for the agency to deal with individuals who have not identified themselves or who have used a pseudonym.

(sch.3-sec.2-ssec.2.1) Individuals must have the option of not identifying themselves, or of using a pseudonym, when dealing with an agency in relation to a particular matter.
(sch.3-sec.2-ssec.2.2) QPP 2.1 does not apply if, in relation to the matter— the agency is required or authorised under an Australian law, or a court or tribunal order, to deal with individuals who have identified themselves; or it is impracticable for the agency to deal with individuals who have not identified themselves or who have used a pseudonym.
