### sec.973 Substitute members A member mentioned in section 970 (1) (a) , (b) , (c) (i) or (d) may nominate a person to attend a meeting of the consultative committee in the member’s place. An organisation that nominates a member under section 970 (1) (c) (ii) , (e) or (f) may nominate another person to attend a meeting of the consultative committee in the member’s place. A person who attends a meeting of the consultative committee in the place of a member has, and may exercise, at the meeting all the rights of the member. (sec.973-ssec.1) A member mentioned in section 970 (1) (a) , (b) , (c) (i) or (d) may nominate a person to attend a meeting of the consultative committee in the member’s place.
