### sec.959 Declared employers—operation of existing industrial instrument
A regulation may provide that, from the relevant day, an existing industrial instrument applies to employees of a particular declared employer.
If a regulation is made under subsection (1) , from the relevant day the industrial instrument applies to—
the declared employer; and
the declared employees; and
an organisation that is a party to the instrument.
A regulation may declare the industrial instrument, or any matter relating to the industrial instrument, to be valid for the purposes of the operation of this section.
(sec.959-ssec.1) A regulation may provide that, from the relevant day, an existing industrial instrument applies to employees of a particular declared employer.
(sec.959-ssec.2) If a regulation is made under subsection (1) , from the relevant day the industrial instrument applies to— the declared employer; and the declared employees; and an organisation that is a party to the instrument.
(sec.959-ssec.3) A regulation may declare the industrial instrument, or any matter relating to the industrial instrument, to be valid for the purposes of the operation of this section.
- (a) the declared employer; and
- (b) the declared employees; and
- (c) an organisation that is a party to the instrument.
